Checking in You will begin your conference weekend at the Soda Center Plaza, where everyone will check-in and get their conference packet, including name badges and wristbands for meals. Beginning at 8:00, you will be able to check kids into the K-3, 4th/5th, Middle School and High School programs in designated locations on the Soda Center Plaza or in Soda Center conference rooms. Also at 8:00, you will be able to drop-off your children at The Faculty Dining Hall where our Childcare and Pre-K programs will take place.
For the remainder of the weekend, kids will be checked in and out from their respective program sites, as indicated in the schedule below.
